Services · nine practices

What we build and run.

Nine practices, one team. Finance systems, commerce, content, custom engineering, and the AI that ties them together.

Chapter 01 · AI integration and workflow automation

AI where the manual work is.

We find the manual steps inside your workflows and hand them to AI: document intake, catalog work, reconciliations, support triage. Your team reviews; the system does the rest.

What you get

  • A mapped workflow
  • The automated steps, in production
  • A review step your team owns
  • Integration into the systems you already run
  • Support after go-live

Chapter 02 · Oracle EPM

Oracle EPM, on-premise and cloud.

Hyperion on-premise and EPM Cloud: Planning, Essbase, , , , , , and the rest of the suite. Implementations, upgrades, and support, plus the master data that holds it together.

Hyperion Financial Management: consolidation and close, on-premise.
Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service.
Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service.
Data Relationship Management: master data and hierarchies, on-premise.
Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service: master data and hierarchies, cloud.

Chapter 03 · SAP Commerce Cloud

From Hybris to Commerce Cloud.

Storefronts built, migrated, extended, and kept healthy in production, from legacy Hybris to current Commerce Cloud. B2B and B2C.

Chapter 04 · Adobe Experience Manager

Sites, Assets, and the pipelines between them.

Sites, Assets, and the content pipelines that keep global brands publishing.

Chapter 05 · Custom engineering

Java, React, mobile, ecommerce, AWS.

Spring Boot services with clean contracts. Fast React frontends. Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android. Storefronts shaped to your catalog. Lambda-first, event-driven AWS.

  1. 05.1 Java microservices
  2. 05.2 React applications
  3. 05.3 Mobile applications
  4. 05.4 Custom ecommerce
  5. 05.5 AWS serverless

Chapter 06 · The stack

The stack.

The tools we reach for, grouped by what they do. The logos are the vendors'; the opinions are ours.

Chapter 07 · Three ways to start

Three ways to start.

  1. 01

    Implement

A new platform, application, or product, from the first workshop to go-live.

Best when you know what needs building and nothing is in place yet.

  2. 02

    Upgrade or migrate

Hyperion to EPM Cloud. Hybris to Commerce Cloud. Version to version. Planned in stages and reconciled before cut-over.

Best when the system works but the platform under it has to move.

  3. 03

    Run and support

Take over what exists and keep it healthy in production: fixes, patches, and the small changes a live system needs.

Best when the system is live and nobody owns it end to end.

One team from the first workshop to production support.

Strategy, build, integration, and run. We stay on after go-live.

An engagement in four stations A dotted path runs left to right through four stations: Strategy, Build, Integration and Run.
  1. 01Strategyworkshop · scope · estimate
  2. 02Buildshort cycles · working software
  3. 03Integrationyour systems · reconciled
  4. 04Runsupport · the same team
  1. Strategy: a workshop, then a scope, a plan and an estimate.
  2. Build: working software each cycle, reviewed by your team.
  3. Integration: connected to the systems you already run and reconciled before sign-off.
  4. Run: production support from the same team.

Chapter 08 · Questions

Questions.

01Can you take over a system you did not build?

Yes. We start by reading what is there, then a plan for what to keep, fix, and retire.

02Do you work with our existing vendor or in-house team?

Yes. We take a scoped part of the system and fit around the team you have.

03Where is the team?

Hyderabad, with partners in the US and India. We deliver for clients in seven regions.

04How do we begin?

With a workshop. You bring the system and the problem. You leave with an approach and an estimate.

Tell us what you need built.

Share the system you are wrestling with, or the workflow eating your team's week. We will come back with an approach and an estimate.
